By accessing our website or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms.

• Design selections.

If a product correctly reflects the information submitted by the customer, an error in the customer's submitted personalization information generally does not constitute a manufacturing defect.

6. Customer-Provided Content

If you provide photographs, text, artwork, names, graphics, or other material for personalization, you represent that you have the necessary right or permission to use that material.

You must not submit content that unlawfully infringes another person's:

• Copyright.
• Trademark.
• Privacy rights.
• Publicity rights.
• Other legal rights.

You grant MonaSun and the applicable production partners a limited permission to use submitted customization content as reasonably necessary to manufacture, fulfill, deliver, and support your order.

Submitting personalization content does not automatically grant MonaSun permission to use that content in public marketing.

7. Pricing

Product prices are displayed on our website.

Prices may change before an order is submitted.

The applicable price for an accepted order is generally the price displayed at checkout when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors where permitted by law.

Applicable shipping fees, taxes collected by us, discounts, and other charges will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

8. Payment

Customers must provide complete and accurate payment and billing information.

Payments may be processed by Shopify and other supported payment providers.

An order may be subject to payment authorization and fraud screening.

9. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that MonaSun must accept the order.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment and no alternative arrangement is agreed, the applicable amount will be refunded.

10. Order Changes and Cancellations

Personalized products may enter production shortly after purchase.

Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after production begins.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Production times, handling times, transit times, shipping charges, international shipping, tracking, delivery issues, and customs information are governed by our:

Personalized and made-to-order products generally cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons after production begins.

If MonaSun offers digital products, additional product-specific conditions may apply.

Unless otherwise required by law, digital products that have already been delivered or downloaded may be non-returnable.

14. Promotions and Discount Codes

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot normally be combined with other offers.
